Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect electrical components, wiring, and assemblies per military and aerospace standards.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Verify soldering, crimping, and wire terminations per IPC-A-610/620 and MIL-SPEC.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other quality standards.
- Document and report defects, deviations, and non-conformances.
- Maintain inspection records, test data, and material certifications.
- Support audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Follow ESD control, FOD prevention, and safety protocols.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in electrical inspection within aerospace, defense, or similar industries.
- Certifications: IPC-A-610/620, AS9100, or MIL-SPEC preferred.
- Skills: strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints/schematics, and proficiency with inspection tools.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance (if required).
