We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Production Line Lead to oversee and manage production/assembly line operations. This role will involve leading a team to ensure products are developed and delivered in accordance with all specifications while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of driving improvements, resolving production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

salary: $15 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 10 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications
• Lead teams that work the production / assembly lines recommending operational changes
• Assesses risks
• Ensures safety guidelines are followed
• Resolves production problems
• Conducts performance evaluations
• Gives and receives employee feedback
• Trains employees
• Provide leadership and development to all production staff
• Work with QA to ensure we are meeting client requirements
• Participate in formulating and administering company policies and procedures
• Provide input to develop systems and procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency of production activities
• Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete on-time delivery
• Must have knowledge and follow employee safety regulations, food safety regulations and GMPs.
• Perform all other duties assigned.
