Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed (e.g., minor equipment maintenance, shipping coordination).
- Prior forklift experience (certification preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
- Comfortable working in a small team and taking initiative.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping tasks are a plus.
