We are looking for a skilled and reliable Granulation Operator to join our team in Central Islip, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining granulation equipment to produce pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of granulation processes and equipment.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor granulation equipment, including mixers, mills, and dryers, to produce pharmaceutical granules.
• Follow batch records, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and safety guidelines to ensure proper product formulation and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on granulation equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are properly cleaned and prepared between batches.
• Monitor the granulation process, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Document production activities, including materials used, equipment settings, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
