salary: $72,500 - $78,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
• Control System Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair control systems, PLCs, and Human- Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to guarantee consistent and reliable operation.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify and address equipment, control systems and PLC issues by diagnosing faults, conducting tests, and carrying out necessary repairs and replacements.
• Software Updates: Implement software updates and patches for PLCs and associated control systems to enhance their reliability and security.
• Calibration: Calibrate sensors, transmitters, and other instrumentation to maintain the accuracy of control systems and PLCs.
• Component Replacement: Replace faulty components such as sensors, actuators, relays, and other electrical and electronic parts as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and parts inventory for reference and compliance purposes.
• Safety compliance: Ensure that control systems, equipment, and processes adhere to safety standards and regulations, and take corrective actions where necessary.

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 35lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
