What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain 4-slide stamping machines
- Produce precision metal components with accuracy
- Inspect parts to ensure top quality
- Work in a team-driven, safety-first environment
salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 4-slide machines to manufacture metal components according to blueprints and work instructions.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and feeds to ensure precision and quality in production.
- Load raw materials (wire or strip metal) and monitor machine performance for accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Document production output, quality checks, and machine maintenance activities.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, quality control, and production teams to improve efficiency.
