If you can ensure the safe and efficient packing of products, while utilizing your experience as a machine operator in a high-speed manufacturing environment; we have the job for you! This position will be working on a 2-2-3 schedule. We have day shift and night shift available! 

salary: $15.5 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safety and Quality Goals: Meet targets in safety, quality, production, performance, and cost.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules, use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and identify/correct safety concerns.
• Training: Complete computer-based training (CBTs) and behavioral safety observations (BSOs) by deadlines.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Adhere to GMP policies and understand AIB guidelines as required.
• Inspection and Testing: Collect product samples for evaluation, testing, and data recording.
• Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately enter data into SPC software, analyze trends, and identify potential quality issues.
• Defect Management: Place non-conforming products on hold (HFI) and escalate issues to QA
• Manager and Shift Supervisor.
• Communication: Effectively communicate findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Product Knowledge: Understand finished product specifications, packaging requirements, and quality expectations.
• Material Testing: Mix and test bottle lubricants to ensure proper application and results.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with quality and safety standards.

The essential functions of this role include:
