Our client, a family-owned business based in the Concord, NH area, is seeking to add a dedicated team member to their growing operation. This company produces high-end recreational products for an exclusive clientele, and they are looking for someone to act as a liaison between the company and their clients, and business parteners; ensuring top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for all logistics and delivery-related matters.
- Oversee and coordinate the shipping and receiving process, managing the movement of large/heavy products across the country.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with receiving teams, contractors, and delivery partners.
- Ensure timely scheduling of shipments and deliveries, keeping clients and teams updated.
- Provide exceptional customer service and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and/or coordination of large product deliveries.
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
- Experience working with contractors and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery and installation.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Full-time, direct hire position with a seasonal uptick in demand during the spring and summer months.
