We’re looking for a production associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and layering composite materials, such as fiberglass or carbon fiber, to create high-quality parts used in aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has attention to detail, can follow precise instructions, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare composite materials according to specifications.
• Apply resin, adhesives, or other bonding agents to layers of material.
• Lay up composite materials by hand or with automated machinery, ensuring accuracy and proper alignment.
• Operate vacuum bagging and curing equipment to finalize composite structures.
• Inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Follow detailed blueprints, work orders, and process sheets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow.

The essential functions of this role include:

standing for 6 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
