Position Overview: As a Manual Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in assembling parts and/or subassemblies to form products. You will be using fixtures, hand tools, and power tools to ensure high-quality product assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and subassemblies to form products following blueprints and specific instructions
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fixtures for efficient assembly
- Ensure accurate and efficient assembly to meet production goals
- Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Lift and move up to 50lbs as needed
- Previous experience in manual machine operation, assembly, or a mechanically inclined background is a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and assembly instructions
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

Responsibilities
- Operate Roll Form machine and other machines, as needed (i.e. power presses, plate rolls, brakes, and computer numerically controlled equipment) to bend, roll, ream or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products.
- Assembles parts and/or subassemblies to form products using fixtures, hand tools, and power tools.
- Box and labels parts ensuring usage of proper labels. Pack parts ensuring proper labels are affixed to the shipping carton.
- Read and understand how to use measuring devices such as calipers and tape measures.
- All duties as assigned by Supervisor.
