Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead and drive complex programs from inception to completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing cost, schedule, and performance requirements for key programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Schedule & Budget Management: Develop and track program schedules and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-cost delivery.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, and business development teams to drive program success.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, regulatory compliance, and internal processes. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency and implement best practices.
