We’re looking for an experienced CNC Mill Operator to set up, program, and run CNC mills at an advanced level. If you have  machining skills and can troubleshoot and optimize production, we want you on our team! 5+ years of CNC machining experience ✔ Ability to modify programs and select tools for efficiency ✔ Proficiency with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges) ✔ Knowledge of basic shop math and conversions ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods ✔ Forklift safety training (preferred)

salary: $42,000 - $72,000 per year

Responsibilities

Advanced Tasks:

• Create basic 4th axis G-code programs at the machine.
• Help other operators resolve setup issues.

General CNC Mill Tasks:

• Set up machines and produce the first piece with minimal supervision.
• Install and adjust tools based on job requirements.
• Set up vices/fixtures and apply correct offsets.
• Optimize cutting conditions (feeds/speeds).
• Follow instructions to manufacture parts to specifications.
• Complete necessary paperwork (inspection sheets, maintenance requests, etc.).
• Identify and replace dull/broken tools as needed.
• Meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards (max. 2 defects per quarter).
