We are seeking an Advanced CNC Lathe Operator to join our team! If you have 5+ years of experience, G-code programming skills, and a passion for precision machining, this is the job for you. What You’ll Do: ✅ Set up & operate CNC lathes – Install tooling, configure workholding, and optimize cutting conditions. ✅ Create & edit G-code programs – Program basic lathe operations directly at the machine. ✅ Troubleshoot & problem-solve – Assist with setups and resolve machining issues. ✅ Ensure quality & efficiency – Maintain high standards with minimal defects. ✅ Complete documentation – Fill out inspection reports, maintenance logs, and job routers. ✅ Collaborate & train – Support other operators with setup and best practices.



salary: $42,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

Program & Operate CNC Lathes – Create basic G-code programs and troubleshoot setup issues.
✅ Setup & Run Jobs – Install tooling, configure workholding, set offsets, and optimize cutting conditions.
✅ Quality & Efficiency – Strive for 100% production rate, maintain high quality with minimal defects.
✅ Documentation – Complete required paperwork, including inspection sheets and maintenance requests.
✅ Assist & Train – Help other operators with setup and problem-solving.

5+ years of CNC machining experience
✔ Ability to read and modify G-code
✔ math and measurement skills (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, etc.)
✔ Ability to interpret blueprints and industrial drawings
✔ Forklift safety training (preferred)
✔ Physical requirements – Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs
