The CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines, punch presses, and various other machine shop equipment. This role demands a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as proficiency in CNC controls and diagnostics. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for precision and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. First Shift: Monday through Thursday
salary: $56,000 - $70,720 per year

Responsibilities
- Installation of a wide variety of machine tools and other manufacturing equipment inclduing CNC equipment such as Mazaks, Okuma, etc.
- Diagnose, plan, and execute repair on machine tools
- Perform preventive maintenance on machine tools and other manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to diagnose and perform repairs
- Solid understanding of machine tool programming languages and PLC
- Ability to troubleshoot in the moment repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and calibrations to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new CNC equipment
- Maintian presses on site such as Punch Presses
