1. Machine Setup

• Set up and calibrate the CNC router machine before each operation.
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and fixtures based on the job specifications.
• Load programs or designs into the CNC system (usually through CAD/CAM software).
• Ensure the correct positioning and securing of the material to prevent shifting during cutting.
• Make adjustments to speed, feed rates, and other machine parameters as needed.
• Perform routine checks for alignment, accuracy, and precision of cuts.
