Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of critical service projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assess and allocate resources across multi-branch service teams to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks with service administration teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, and efficiency to meet financial targets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project status reports, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure thorough documentation of work and commissioning efforts to meet factory compliance requirements and mitigate risks.
- Establish and implement best practices to improve the execution and management of future projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison between factory representatives, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate the critical handoff of projects between sales and service teams, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
