Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans for the Industrial Cooling division.
- Work with engineers to create tailored solutions for common process cooling applications.
- Leverage existing customer relationships to uncover new opportunities outside of standard offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing sales of cooling systems and custom thermal projects.
- Identify and establish connections with potential customers across various industries (e.g., food processing, nuclear, etc.).
- Network with industrial refrigeration contractors and suppliers to expand the business pipeline.
- Attend relevant industry trade shows and events to stay informed and generate leads.
- Travel to customer sites to assess needs and propose solutions for custom applications.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and expand the sales pipeline for process cooling.
- Work with marketing to leverage social media and other platforms for lead generation.
- Take on additional management responsibilities as the sales team grows and develops.
