Responsibilities



Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair & perform preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including but not limited to:
  • Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
  • Electrical (AC/DC) and Mechanical systems (gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, etc)
  • PLC systems 
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment logs
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Perform welding, fabrication, and other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
• strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Experience with preventative maintenance software (CMMS) is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as well as ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
