We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machine tools to produce precision parts and tooling. The ideal candidate will have experience with both manual and CNC machinery, a strong understanding of machining techniques, and a background in CAD/CAM software. Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain various machine tools to produce precision parts and tooling.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Measure and inspect completed parts to ensure precision and quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on machining equipment and tools to maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to improve production quality and minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain accurate production and quality control records.
• Utilize manual and CNC machinery for precision machining.
• Apply knowledge of machining techniques, material properties, and GD&T tolerancing.
• Work with CAD/CAM software and 3D design programs (e.g., NX, SolidWorks).
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

standing for 8 hours at one time
