- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or lead experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical, or regulated industry).
- Deep understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and warehouse best practices.
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates on the second shift.
- Emphasis and focus on inventory and cycle counting
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor workflow and productivity to meet operational goals.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of sensitive materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
