What You Need: ✔ 3-5 years of experience in Fire/Life Safety systems ✔ Valid Fire Alarm License (FAL) (or state equivalent) ✔ Experience with fire alarm system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting ✔ Ability to read blueprints and interpret fire system specifications ✔ Proficiency with test equipment such as multi-meters and digital analyzers ✔ High school diploma or equivalent ✔ Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces ✔ organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail ✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record ✔ Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Preferred Qualifications: ➕ NICET Level II Certification ➕ Experience with low-voltage systems (CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, PA systems)

Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls and diagnose fire alarm system malfunctions.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm and life safety systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and technical manuals.
- Use test equipment such as multi-meters and digital analyzers to assess system performance.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing service updates and technical guidance.
- Complete service documentation and reports using digital tools.
- Maintain truck inventory and ensure proper tools and materials are available for each job.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
- Work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and under varying environmental conditions.
