Responsibilities

✔️ Programming CMMs along with first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision-milled and turned parts
✔️ Making critical decisions on adjustments and working closely with machinists on the shop floor
✔️ Processing and documenting non-conformances
✔️ Using CMM (PCDMIS), OGP & Keyence vision systems, and a full range of hand tools to ensure top-tier accuracy

What You Bring to the Table:

✅ 3+ years of inspection experience in a fabrication or precision machining environment
✅ Proficiency with CMM – PCDMIS software, OGP & Keyence vision systems
✅ Hands-on experience with precision hand tools (OD/blade/pitch micrometers, chamfer gages, Mitutoyo height stands, etc.)
✅ Decision-making skills—our inspectors have a lot of authority and autonomy!

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
