✔️ Previous supervisory experience in QA/QC required. ✔️ Proficient in laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and data analysis. ✔️ strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards (ISO certification is a plus). ✔️ Ability to read and analyze testing data to ensure compliance. ✔️ strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills. ✔️ Must be able to climb stairs, sit/stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. ✔️ Basic computer skills required (experience with laboratory software is a plus). ✔️ Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak production periods. ✔️ Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities
✔️ Supervise and provide leadership to QA Line Auditors and QC Lab Technicians.
✔️ Develop direct reports and manage lab and line coverage (off-shift flexibility may be required).
✔️ Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and ISO standards while overseeing quality programs.
✔️ Review daily production schedules and adjust quality testing and reporting timelines accordingly.
✔️ Maintain proper lab supply inventory levels.
✔️ Investigate out-of-spec results and escalate critical quality concerns.
✔️ Assist in customer complaint investigations and implement corrective actions.
✔️ Oversee COAs (Certificates of Analysis) for incoming truck deliveries.
✔️ Implement 5S practices to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
✔️ Assist with hiring and training new employees.
✔️ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
✔️ Ensure team follows GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDPs (Good Documentation Practices).
