Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, overhauls, and installations
- Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders effectively
- Ensure timely and efficient response to equipment breakdowns and emergencies
- Equipment Reliability and Optimization:
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement predictive maintenance techniques to prevent equipment failures
- Optimize equipment settings and configurations for maximum efficiency
- Manage and maintain critical spare parts inventory
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget
- Control maintenance costs and optimize resource allocation
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions
- Promote a safe working environment for all maintenance personnel
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Facility Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance of building systems including
- HVAC, electrical, and plumbing,
- Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Electrical (AC/DC) and Mechanical systems (gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, etc)
- PLC systems
- Oversee the maintenance of building systems including
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 10 + years of experience in industrial maintenance management
