We are looking a Maintenance Planner in the Akron, New York area. Responsible for developing, coordinating, and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities. Experience in a industrial manufacturing setting is preferred. Apply if applicable.

Responsibilities



• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.

• Create and manage work orders, ensuring timely execution and documentation.

• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and technicians to schedule  maintenance tasks. 

• Ensure availability of required spare parts and tools by managing inventory and  procurement. 

• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Work with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal  disruption. 

• Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and documentation.

• Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
