salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for all manufacturing activities and the resulting performance during your shift
• Enforce all health and safety policies and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment 
• Work with team to determine root cause and corrective action to internal and external complaints; implement and sustain corrective actions
• Understand delivery requirements and work within departments to assure maximum on-time delivery performance 
• Understand sources of scrap and work within each department to minimize 
• Generate and issue a daily performance report using SAP data at the end of each shift
• Work with management to define safety, delivery, quality, cost, scrap, and productivity KPI goals 
• Work with department leaders to determine daily work assignments 
• Authority recommending hiring, termination, and promotions of employees with the direction of HR to ensure compliance measures are followed
• Perform all other assignments as requested by management
