We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components for control panels, wiring systems, and control boxes. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, experience with electrical and mechanical systems, and a commitment to delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or similar role, specifically with panel wiring, electrical controls, and control boxes.
• strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring techniques, and control systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with PLCs, relays, switches, and other electrical components.
• Familiarity with industry-standard electrical codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and install electrical components for control panels, control boxes, and other systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure all wiring and installations comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry codes.
• Conduct testing of completed panels and systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist with the design and layout of electrical control panels and systems as required.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment and tools used in the panel wiring and assembly process.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve system designs and processes.
• Document all work, including wiring diagrams, installation procedures, and test results.
