What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of production maintenance experience, with demonstrable industrial maintenance experience.
- strong understanding of electronics, HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, etc.
- Certifications in relevant trades
- Forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift experience
- Experience with computerized maintenance systems

Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production machinery.
- Boiler License
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Parts Inventory & Documentation: Maintain records of repairs, order necessary replacement parts, and update maintenance logs.
- Collaboration: Work with production teams and other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve overall efficiency.
