Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Knowledge of QMS frameworks, regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.), and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or TQM.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in quality management software, statistical analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
- Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to enhance capabilities and performance.
- Oversee inspection, testing, and quality control procedures to ensure product and service excellence.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to address non-conformances and enhance quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer service to align quality objectives with business goals.
- Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.
- Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives and develop strategic partnerships with key vendors.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Oversee customer complaint investigations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen quality awareness and competency across the organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to drive innovation in quality management.
