Responsibilities
- Wire control panels for packaging machines according to technical specifications and drawings.
- Perform cable harnessing to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the machine’s electrical components.
- Install, wire, and connect sensors, motors, and other electrical components used in packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring all wiring is correctly installed and operating as intended.
- Ensure electrical connections are made according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with mechanical assemblers and other team members to ensure the proper integration of electrical components into the final machine assembly.
- Test and verify the functionality of electrical systems and components before machine commissioning.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with electrical wiring techniques and best practices in the packaging machinery industry.
