- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Purchasing Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with purchasing systems and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Input purchasing orders, invoices, and vendor information into the system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking inventory, orders, and costs.
- Assist the purchasing department with vendor communications and order processing.
- Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare purchase reports using Excel, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute purchasing data to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished on time.
- Coordinate with other departments, including finance and logistics, to ensure seamless operation of the purchasing process.
- Support the creation of purchase orders and manage order confirmations and deliveries.
