What You'll Do:
- Fabricate High-Quality Filters: Skillfully operate semi-automated industrial sewing machines to produce filters according to precise specifications.
- Ensure Quality Excellence: Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee all filters meet our rigorous standards.
- Prepare for Safe Delivery: Securely package finished filters for safe and efficient transportation to dairy farmers.
- Maintain a Safe & Organized Workspace: Uphold a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Keep Equipment Running Smoothly: Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on industrial sewing machines.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and production team to achieve targets and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Manage Inventory Efficiently: Assist in inventory management and stock control of materials and finished products.
- Unwavering Attention to Detail: A commitment to producing top-quality products.
- Teamwork & Independence: The ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical Stamina: Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Production Experience: Previous experience in filter manufacturing or a related production field.
- Dairy Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the dairy industry and its product requirements.
- Industrial Sewing Expertise: Experience operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment.
- Packaging Proficiency: Familiarity with packaging techniques and standards.
