What You'll Do (And Learn!):
- Inspect parts and assemblies throughout the production process.
- Monitor and complete final product inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Learn to release products for shipment, ensuring all quality checks are complete and accurate.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of inspection documentation.
- Verify production build schedules and final builds match.
- Identify and report any gaps or issues discovered during audits, and participate in training as needed.
- Record daily inspection findings, non-conforming components, and scrap.
- Contribute to daily quality start-up discussions with the production team.
- Report any issues caused by discrepancies in work instructions, BOMs, and work practices.
- Assist in creating and updating quality inspection graphs, spreadsheets, and other tools.
- Gain Experience with Incoming & First Article Inspections: Learn to perform incoming and first article inspections.
- Understand the build/production process and learn to build assigned products.
- Ensure Work Instructions are Up-to-Date: Verify work instructions are current and accessible at the point of use.
- Contribute to changes and updates in documentation.
- Identify and ensure nonconforming products are quarantined and controlled.
- Support a culture of compliance with quality policies and SOPs.
- Provide and receive training on quality procedures, including work instructions, inspection sheets, equipment usage, quality alerts, and nonconformance procedures.

Responsibilities
