Your Mission:
- Fix & maintain machines: pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic.
- Prevent breakdowns: routine checks on motors, conveyors, etc.
- Troubleshoot fast: use diagrams, manuals to solve issues.
- Keep it clean & safe: follow 6S, safety rules.
- Manage parts: track stock, order supplies.
- Use CMMS: track work orders.
- Create work guides.
- You know industrial maintenance (3-5 yrs exp.).
- You're good with tools, diagrams, & sketches.
- You understand pneumatics, hydraulics, & PLCs.
- You can work alone or with a team.
- You're in math, reading, & writing.
- You can lift 35 lbs & stand long hours.
- You can handle noise, dust, & fumes.
- You know safety rules.
- You have computer skills (MS Office a plus).
- Welding/metal fab skills a plus.
- Lean Manufacturing experience.
- CMMS experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities
● Maintains production and quality requirements by performing troubleshooting, installation,
routine maintenance and repair of mechanical manufacturing equipment.
● Able to perform essential job functions outside of normal working hours.
● Responsible for pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic operations of equipment.
● Maintains facilities and grounds in a clean, well-kept and efficient operating manner as
needed.
● Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive
maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production
machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions,
and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
● Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine
inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting
orders; verifying receipt.
● Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
● Maintains safe and clean working environment by implementing 6S. Complies with all
Company and Federal safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
● Other duties not listed herein but which need to be accomplished to maintain safe and
timely day-to-day operations of the plant.
