Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to all applicable food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory standards, including OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF.
- Oversee production scheduling, workforce planning, and order execution for each shift and production line.
- Monitor equipment status, sanitation, and operational readiness while maintaining communication with all departments.
- Track attendance, manage shift assignments, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate quality control efforts, including product holds and inventory management.
- Lead operational and safety training sessions for personnel.
- Guide leads, coordinators, operators, and packers to optimize performance and maintain compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tag-out protocols.
- Oversee wastewater management and ensure compliance with food safety and quality systems.
- Perform additional duties as needed based on department and business requirements.
