salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects as the primary point of contact.
• Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, meetings, and Buildertrend to provide updates on job progress.
• Conduct daily site visits to inspect the work, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure that projects stay on schedule and address any delays or issues as they arise.
• Resolve any on-site issues by problem-solving and meeting with inspectors when necessary.
• Maintain and manage project schedules and log in Buildertrend to track progress and milestones.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, managing scope questions, and processing change orders as required.
• Ensure that materials and tools are available and ready for installation, preventing delays.
• Supervise field workers to ensure they follow the company’s standards and adhere to project specifications.
