Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of manufacturing clean room areas, including removal of trash and debris from floor and area workstations.
- Monitor and document cleaning activities in compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of clean room for production activities, ensuring all surfaces are free from contaminants.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ergonomic safety.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and all other trainings relevant to the position.
- Safely and efficiently remove trash and waste materials from clean room and MFG areas, adhering to established protocols for segregation and disposal.
- Monitor waste receptacles and replace liners as needed to maintain cleanliness and prevent overflow.
- Collaborate with clean room staff to identify and address trash removal needs during production activities.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of gowning supplies, including gowns, booties, gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment (PPE) within the clean room environment.
- Monitor and maintain area cleanliness for all manufacturing areas, clean rooms, locker rooms, warehouse areas.
