As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to produce parts with high precision. You will work closely with engineers and operators to ensure that products meet exact specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, G-code programming, and CNC machine setup.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
- Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Knowledge of different materials and tooling options.
