Job Description:

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to produce parts with high precision. You will work closely with engineers and operators to ensure that products meet exact specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards.

  Requirements:

 

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
  
  
• Knowledge of CNC machining, G-code programming, and CNC machine setup.
  
  
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
  
  
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.).
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  
  
• Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.
  
  
• Knowledge of different materials and tooling options.

Responsibilities

• CNC Machine Setup and Operation:
  
  
  • Set up and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.) according to specifications, drawings, and job instructions.
    
    
  • Load raw materials and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient operation.
    
    
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and productivity.
    
    
• Programming:
  
  
  • Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software or manual programming.
    
    
  • Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine setup, tooling, and programming requirements.
    
    
  • Modify existing CNC programs for process improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
