We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate must have prior experience in food preparation, processing customer orders, producing meals, and maintaining a clean workspace while following health and safety guidelines.

As a Line Cook, you will:

• Follow recipes consistently and make adjustments based on customer requests.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with wait staff.
  
  
• Prepare garnishes for an attractive meal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations:
  
  
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 
  • Cleaning equipment, utensils, and dishes. 
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations. 
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies. 

• Other Potential Duties:
  
  
  • Training kitchen staff. 
  • Liaising with waitstaff and management. 
  • Adjusting recipes to meet dietary requirements. 
  • Possibly overseeing kitchen operations. 

• Food Preparation:
  
  
  • Ensuring proper food storage and handling. 
  • Presenting dishes attractively and ensuring quality. 
  • Preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, slicing, etc.). 
  • Following recipes and cooking methods. 
  • Cooking food using various methods (baking, grilling, frying, boiling, etc.).
