Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, pneumatic systems, and other plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and replace or repair faulty components such as bearings, gears, cylinders, and valves.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose system issues.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential failures and recommend improvements for reliability.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, parts used, and repairs completed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and plant regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
