Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tool Maker, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of machining principles, tool design, and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in operating and programming CNC and manual machine tools.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent precision measurement and inspection skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Formal apprenticeship or technical training in tool and die making is highly desirable.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine tooling requirements.
- Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools, including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines.
- Perform precision measurement and inspection of tooling using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize tooling designs and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of tooling designs, modifications, and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling performance and efficiency.
