2nd shift industrial maintenance technician.

Our client is seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities

Required Skills: Electrical, plumbing, welding, pneumatics, hydraulics.

Essential Functions:

• Lead by example, enforce safety rules, and document incidents
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas
• Perform maintenance on operational and facility equipment
• Track inventory and request supplies
• Conduct repairs, inspections, and improvements
• Complete PMs, capital projects, and repairs based on priority
• Manage work orders through the maintenance system
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain communication between shifts
• Complete other tasks as assigned
• Overtime may be required for shift coverage

Competencies:

• Proficient in administrative and computer tasks
• strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Forklift, pneumatic, and hydraulic system experience
• Electrical abilities, including blueprint reading and troubleshooting
• Skilled in PLC programming and welding (MIG, TIG, aluminum)

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
