Responsibilities
- Masterful Machine Setup: Accurately set up and operate Wire EDM machines, ensuring precise alignment and optimal performance.
- Program Proficiency: Interpret engineering drawings and CAD/CAM data to program CNC systems for complex cutting paths.
- Precision Machining: Load and secure workpieces, thread wire electrodes, and monitor the machining process to maintain strict tolerances.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to guarantee adherence to specifications.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance and address any malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
