As a Master Transmission Rebuild Manager, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex transmission systems, mentoring a team of technicians, and ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automatic and manual transmission systems with precision and efficiency
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and provide detailed reports on necessary repairs
- Lead and participate in team meetings to discuss complex cases and share best practices
- Train and mentor junior technicians on advanced transmission repair techniques and diagnostics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of transmission technologies and industry advancements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while performing repairs
- 5+ years of experience in automotive transmission repair and diagnostics
- ASE Master Certification in Transmission Repair or equivalent
- Proven ability to work with complex transmission systems and components
- Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle transmission systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment including scan tools, oscilloscopes, and multimeters
- Familiarity with automotive repair software and systems for tracking repairs and diagnostics
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electronic control systems in transmissions
