As our Facilities Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment. You'll lead a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring all tasks are completed to our exacting standards and on schedule. This role demands proactive management, coordination across departments, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You'll not only oversee daily facility operations but also implement strategic enhancements to optimize our workspace and ensure regulatory compliance.

salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, to maintain a safe and functional facility.
• Utilize specialized equipment, such as tractors and scissor lifts, to perform grounds maintenance, electrical installations, and signage/lighting work.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety through regular floor maintenance and repairs.
• Assemble and install office furniture to support efficient workspace organization.
• Provide backup support for yard logistics using a tractor to move containers.
• Conduct detailed facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and equipment operation.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all tools and equipment.
• Manage maintenance inventory levels to ensure continuous operational support.
• Oversee waste disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
