Responsibilities
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
- Inspect PCBs for defects, such as improper soldering, misalignment, component placement issues, or other manufacturing errors.
- Use measurement tools and equipment to verify PCB specifications.
- Document and report inspection results, identifying trends or recurring issues.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet the required standards before shipment to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, testing, and quality reports.
- Assist in the development of quality control processes and procedures.
