We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team, responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of PCBs at various stages of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience in PCB inspection, knowledge of quality standards, and the ability to identify potential defects to maintain high-quality standards.

salary: $62,400 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
  
  
• Inspect PCBs for defects, such as improper soldering, misalignment, component placement issues, or other manufacturing errors.
  
  
• Use measurement tools and equipment to verify PCB specifications.
  
  
• Document and report inspection results, identifying trends or recurring issues.
  
  
• Work closely with the production team to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  
  
• Ensure products meet the required standards before shipment to customers.
  
  
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, testing, and quality reports.
  
  
• Assist in the development of quality control processes and procedures.
