Responsibilities
- Program CNC lathes with dual spindle capabilities using Mastercam software.
- Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for high-precision parts, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
- Use live programming techniques to troubleshoot and adjust machine programs in real-time.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure correct part design and machine setup.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues.
- Perform machine testing and adjustments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
