In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for managing their eCommerce and distribution business operations and ensuring their complete satisfaction. You will act as a crucial link between our clients and our internal warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring seamless execution of services and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will possess coaching and mentoring abilities for customer service and warehouse teams, familiarity with eCommerce platforms, and interpersonal skills for client relationships. They should have knowledge of customer service principles, be self-motivated and ambitious, with proven account management experience in logistics or warehousing. A very good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics is crucial, along with a heightened sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The candidate must be able to maintain accurate customer records, have knowledge of warehouse data systems (or be willing to learn), possess basic literacy and numeracy skills, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and demonstrate organizational and time management abilities. At least 1 year of eCommerce experience, a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills for building client trust, problem-solving skills, MS Office proficiency, full bilingualism in English/Spanish, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and required experience working in a warehouse and as an Account Supervisor or Manager in a warehouse setting are essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer
base.
Monitor and maintain accounts
follow up with customers
Flexibility to work in an office environment as well as in the warehouse as needed.
Coordinate with Warehouse staff to meet client expectations regarding inventory management, order
fulfillment and distribution logistics.
Maintain accurate records
Create Warehouse receipts and Cargo release based on customer needs.
