We are looking for a tuna/ salmon processor interested in a new job opportunity with a fast growing seafood company. The ideal candidate has previous experience with breaking down seafood, working in a food clean environment and dealing with cold environments. All proper PPE and uniform will be provided for this position.

Responsibilities
- Filleting Tuna:
- Expertly cut and fillet tuna, removing bones, skin, and excess tissue to produce high-quality fillets.
- Follow established filleting techniques and procedures to maximize yield and minimize waste.
- Ensure fillets are of uniform size and shape, meeting quality standards.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect tuna for quality, identifying and removing any defects or abnormalities.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Properly handle and store tuna to maintain freshness and quality.
