Responsibilities
Drive monthly cycle counts, quarterly physical inventory, internal and year-end audits.
• Responsible for following company set policy and procedures for site inventory management and
approval process.
• Ensure standard inventory movement/control protocol and best practices are exercised throughout the
operational flow.
• Act as site SME for all inventory initiatives, projects, system implementations, etc.
• Accountable for maintaining records for inventory evaluation reports, audits, variances, reconciliation
activities, etc.
• Establish and maintain accurate safety stock levels in ERP system for raw material to flow using MRP.
Monitor monthly/quarterly for changes and updates.
• Control and disposal of aged inventory according to site policy.
• Coordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with the divisions Operations Manager or
other management, depending on site.
• Responsible for data integrity in ERP system for all raw material and finished goods.
• Monitor and audit warehouse performance for accuracy of locations and storage of material.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse, FIFO.
• Drive improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and workflows
